Volunteer Coordinator

Justin James

Justin is a Bay Area native, born in Marin and educated in San Jose before settling in Outer Richmond. His professional background includes non-profit marketing, change management, and clinical research coordination.

A regular at local beaches for cold plunges and evening walks, Justin spends his free time playing volleyball (beach, grass, and indoor), watching sports (especially baseball), backpacking, and plant-based cooking. While not a surfer himself, he values his morning cold plunges, night beach walks, and daily connection with the coast and its surrounding community.
